Good starter app for beginner meditation
Similar to the classes I took in real life. I only wish they had a bit more guidance in the timed segment like "body of light" or something similar...
Meditation
Complete rubbish, do not buy. This is not a guided meditation!
Good app
Needs gentler male voice. This one creeped me out a little, lol. Will recommend!
a little weird
The voice sounds like one of those “In a world…” movie trailers. Not a good choice for me.
Needs a womans touch
Both voice options in this app are male and I didnt find either very soothing for meditation. The first guy has a great voice but I found it too powerful to get me in a relaxed state, he would be great for reading audio books though. The second guy had a very creepy feel to me (sorry buddy). I think he was trying to sound soothing but it gave me more of a Twilight Zone feeling because he dragged the words on too long or something. This app would be better if there was an option of a womans voice. Overall I find womens voices more soothing for meditation. Also, you only get a five minute meditation for free, all the others you have to purchase, which is what I expected anyway.
